Height limit correct, says DDDA

Dublin Corporation's seven-to-eight storey limit on the height of the Spencer Dock development (SDDC) seems the most appropriate for this scale of development in that part of the area, Peter Coyne, chief nexecutive Dublin Docklands' Development Authority (DDDA), said yesterday. While welcoming the granting of planning permission to the SDDC, he also welcomed a number of the restrictions on the development.
