Docklands proposal to destroy landscape board told
A proposed skyscraper for Dublin is incompatible with the capital's landscape and if built will destroy the city's 'unique environmental quality', a Bord Pleanala planning appeal heardyesterday.
Architect Brian Hogan said the scale, bulk and height of the proposal for George's Quay was 'demonstrably alien' to the norms of Dublin urban landscape and the scale of existing landmarks.
