A leading developer has blown the dust off a design for an office complex opposite Dublin's Custom House originally conceived nearly a decade ago, but rejected in favour of a high rise scheme subsequently turned down flat by An Bord Pleanála. The Cosgrave Group has now decided to proceed with a development of around 300,000 sq ft of office accommodation at George's Quay on the southside quays instead of a 24 storey tower block rejected by the planning appeals board.
