February hearing set for national conference centre

The An Bord Pleanala oral hearing on the National Conference Centre and related developments at Spencer Dock in Dublin will be held in late February. Given the size of the scheme and the controversy it has generated, the hearing could last as long as a fortnight. The promoters of the Ł100 million project, the Spencer Dock Development Company (SDDC), are the main appellants while there are seven third party objectors.
