Ireland's largest-ever development has attracted intense interest and debate since the Government gave its blessing to the development 18 months ago. The future of Dublin's Ł1.5bn Spencer Dock proposal will be decided following an oral hearing, the preliminary meeting is held today, decision of which is due by July 18th. The oral hearing commences on February 21 and is likely to last up to two weeks.
