A vision of Dublin 2010 was unveiled yesterday as the mother of all high-rise planning battles got under way. Local residents are complaining that the skyscraper will blot out their views and Dublin Corporation's chief planning officer, has said that the environmental impact of buildings on low-rise residents in Mayor Street raised serious problems.
