£200m riverside scheme
A landmark new £200m apartment and office development, at the mouth of the Liffey, is planned for the former Hammond Lane scrap yard on Sir John Rogerson's Quay. The centre piece could be the tallest building in Dublin rising to 92 metres, almost double the height of the nearby Millennium Tower apartments on Charlotte Quay and 4 metres taller than the tallest Spencer Dock block which is currently at planning appeal stage and taller than Liberty Hall.
