Kevin Roche, architect of Spencer Dock, won a round of applause for his "magisterial" presentation of the scheme yesterday, The five hour presentation from the 77 year old architect made a big impression on a very large attendance in the ballroom of the Gresham Hotel. Mr Paul Leech, an architect representing the Ecological Design Association, which opposes the scheme, described it as "magisterial".
