Ireland leads the pack in Hanover's far pavilions

The Irish Times

Ireland has completed its pavilion well before the official opening on June 1st. The £3 million building, designed by a consortium led by architects Murray Ó Laoire, is also one of the most attractive national pavilions and has been described by Wallpaper magazine as "classy and sophisticated". It stands in marked contrast to the boxy UK and French pavilions, which look like up-market DIY warehouses, and the crass vulgarity of Monaco's effort right behind.
