Three major office projects have been given the green light in the prime Dublin docks area.Dublin Corporation has made a split decision on the massive scheme Haytonvale Developments scheme proposed for 28-29 Sir John Rogersons Quay in Dublin 2. The local authority has given the thumbs up for a modified office development, but turned down the residential element of the scheme. The developer sought planning permission for 27,222 sq m of office accommodation fronting onto the quayside and ranging up to sixth floor level in a set-back design. The Corporation concluded that the proposed office block would be acceptable.
