A combined residential and commercial development in Dublin's Temple Bar has won the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland's Silver Medal for Housing. The Printworks, designed by Derek Tynan Architects, combines on-street commercial development with a 10-unit residential development above, centred around a courtyard. The RIAI jury called the development "an oasis in the midst of street-level urban activity".
