The controversial planning decision on a massive office scheme for Dublin 4 - with a tower block twice the size of Liberty Hall - has been delayed for another two weeks as Corporation planners investigate the development proposal which has been presented for the former AIB sports grounds in Rinsgend. However, realistically speaking, it could be another year before any work on site can begin here because planners are waiting for an Urban Framework Study to be carried out here by DEGW consultants.
