Boat comes in for £20m leisure complex in capital's docklands

Dublin's docklands is to be the site of a new £20m museum, leisure and shopping complex, it was announced yesterday The development will be centred on a 19th century warehouse at Custom House Quay which is the last stage of the International Financial Services Centre to be completed. It emerged that a levy on occupiers of the IFSC will fund development of the new museum at £750,000 a year.
