The historic Father Mathew Hall on Church Street in Dublin 7 has lain empty and unused for several years. Harry Crosbie, who bought the Capuchin Order building in 2001, plans to renovate and reopen it as a three-storey office building. Harry Crosbie's Ossory Park Management is seeking permission for alterations and change of use to offices at the former feis hall. Originally built in 1890 by the Capuchin friars as a temperance hall dedicated to the memory of Father Mathew, the building has not been in use for several years as it is in poor condition throughout.
