Dublin City Development Board is inviting feedback from members of the public and interested organisations on the content of its draft social, economic and cultural strategy for Dublin 2002-2012. It envisages a Dublin of 2012 with no homelessness, which is "a city of neighbourhoods" where all sectors of the community work together to improve quality of life. If the board's objectives are successful, Dublin will be a safe city to live in and will be family-friendly, with access to the arts and cultural activities for all socio-economic groups. The closing date for submissions or observations is April 10th
