Major Liffeyside scheme given green light

An Ł18m offices/retail development at a strategically located corner site in Dublin 2 has been given the planning green light. The Liffeyside development will comprise just over 5,000 sq.m. of offices together with 650 sq.m. of retail space at ground floor level. Designed by architects Stephenson & Co, the scheme will range from four floors fronting onto Georges Quay, stepping up to eight floors with a pyramidal glass penthouse office suite.
