New Design paves the way for Spencer Dock

Dublin Dockland Development Authority's masterplan for the North Dock area finally received government approval when outgoing Minister for the Environment Noel Dempsey gave the green light to the development in June 2002. The heart of the project is the Euro1.6 billion Spencer Dock development by Treasury Holdings, which has been designed by Scott Tallon Walker. Spencer Dock will change the city's skyline by adding a landmark 100m high building and two 11-storey blocks.
