New developments planned for three waterfront sites

Plans for 560 new apartments and houses on three waterfront sites, which could be built by the end of next year, are currently being marketed by the DDDA. Located at Grand Canal Harbour they are being designed by Benson and Forsyth and O'Mahoney Pike. The Benson and Forsyth designed block will be at the junction of Pearse and Macken Streets.
