Oppermann Associates was established in 1995 with two people and in just seven years now has a full time staff of thirty. Initially, office space was rented by the firm but, as the business grew, there was increasing demand for more. By 1999, the Oppermann Dublin 1 premises - a renovated church - was simply too small and the firm set about finding a new abode.The primary focus was to find a suitable building or site to house the business. "Suitable" meant the right location, and the right quality of space and light.
