Band to enjoy 'Elevation' of tower

The Irish Independent

U2 are moving to new recording studios at the top of a 60-metre skyscraper tower overlooking the River Liffey in Dublin's docklands. The tower was yesterday described as a "new gateway to the city" and the band will be housed in the top two storeys overlooking the entire city. Bono yesterday launched the contest to design the landmark tower which will be taller than Liberty Hall by one metre.
