Office, apartment scheme for Distillery Road

The owner of the Phibsboro shopping centre, Albion Properties, has secured planning permission for a mixed office and apartment scheme at the former Goodall's site on Distillery Road in Dublin 3. Currently the site of Jordan Finishing, there will be 78 apartments, 1,200 sq m of office space and 99 car-parking spaces. A vaulted warehouse - one of two early examples left in Dublin, the other one being at Guinness in James's Street - is among the existing structures being retained on the site and will be refurbished for office use.
