Green light for new €1.5bn, 3,600-home satellite town

A new satellite town in Donaghmede on Dublin's northside has just been given the green light by An Bord Pleanala and will include provision for 3,600 homes. Costing €1.5bn, the scheme is blueprinted for a major tract of land zoned for a new town located north of Grange Road in Raheny.
