Locals to take legal action on Spencer Dock plan

Local residents are taking court action to achieve a more acceptable housing mix in Dublin's Docklands The North Docklands Alliance has started legal proceedings to seek a judicial review of the recent planning green light for nearly 1,000 new homes in the prime city centre precinct of Spencer Dock. Over 500 luxury apartments have already been bought off the plans at Spencer Dock - many of them by investors.
