€500m western gateway urban renewal blueprint for capital

A blueprint for a new €500m 'Western Gateway' to Dublin city will be submitted for planning approval at the end of next month. The project at John's Road/Military Road beside Heuston Station, one of the most significant urban renewal projects for the capital, will occupy a 14.3-acre site, roughly twice the size of Temple Bar.
