Two firms are bidding to change the face of the Dun Laoghaire skyline with multi-million-euro projects to re-vamp the old baths in the coastal town. Councillors will have to make up their minds on July 7 whether they want a 19-storey building on the three-acre site or a spa and 104-bedroom hotel. Yesterday the two remaining firms competing to develop the site presented their plans at separate sessions in Dun Laoghaire County Hall.
