Europe's tallest moving sculpture - and possibly the world's - is to be unveiled tomorrow in Park West Business Park on the outskirts of Dublin. Towering over the landscape and swaying in the wind (with the main section at an impressive 121ft and weighing over 20 tonnes), "Irish Wave" has been created by internationally renowned sculptor Angela Conner.
