The viability of a massive theme park entertainment centre for Ireland is "highly questionable" and might eventually be replaced by massive housing developments, Fingal County Council officials have warned. They predicted "there will be pressure to redevelop these areas for additional residential and commercial developments" if the theme parks do not work out.
