The announcement of a proposal to construct a theme park the size of a small city on 2,500 acres in Fingal, the food basket for Dublin, was met by a reaction of shock and disbelief in Fingal County Council according to the developer who spoke to a reporter in the 'Fingal Independent' (October 17, 2003).
