An Bord Pleanala has given the green light for a €55m apartment and office developed on the edge of Dun Laoghaire harbour. While the planning board has upheld the decision of the local council, it has rejected the recommendation of its own inspector who said that the project should be refused mainly because he was dissatisfied with the design, layout and scale of the project. However the Board agreed to the inspector's recommendation that one of the four office blocks should be omitted and another is to be reduced from four storeys to a single storey.
