Science centre to be heart of €500m living and culture space

The Irish Independent

An interactive science centre called the 'Exploration Station' will be at the heart of a €500m office, cultural and residential complex to be unveiled by the Government tomorrow. The building will overtake Cork County Hall to become the tallest in the State. The massive project, opposite Heuston Station at St John's Road/Military Road will occupy a 14.3 acre site, roughly twice the size of Temple Bar and it will be one of the biggest urban renewal projects yet.
