Laurence White reports on the dawn of a new architectural era for Northern Ireland's capital. The Waterfront HallLeading figures in the world of architecture and public art will gather in Belfast later this month to share ideas on how good practice in these fields can regenerate urban areas. The conference, Urban Alchemy: the transforming power of Art and Architecture, has been organised by the Arts Council for Northern Ireland, Belfast City Council and the Royal Society of Ulster Architects.
