A sports stadium, a blue flag beach, high-rise apartments, or a new city park . . . all of these could be part of the mix at South Wharf - a 25-acre site in Ringsend that has just been sold for €412 million. Bought by developer Bernard McNamara in partnership with the Dublin Docklands Development Authority, the site is on the edge of Dublin 4 and the docklands and is set to become an important new city quarter. We asked the experts for their views on what should or could be built on the site.
