Landmark structure planned for south Dublin

Think Place and Traynor O’Toole Architects have revealed designs for the Gateway building, a proposed landmark structure for Sandyford, south Dublin. The practices have submitted a detailed planning application for a £250 million, 305,000sq m development for Landmark Developments including 585 apartments, 113,000sq m of offices and shops, a library, café/bar, events space, an art gallery and two new public squares. The 21-floor Gateway building is a mixed-use, residential, cultural and leisure block, with a gymnasium, small business centre and spa on its top floor, as well as a sky garden.
