This was an unplaced entry in the Armagh Marketplace Theatre Competition. The semi industrial nature of the auditorium is wrapped in a warm brick exterior shell containing all of the associated uses; galleries, cafes etc.
The scene tower is used to accommodate the rehearsal space above the main auditorium, while the angle of the roof acts as counterpoint to the mall of the street outside.
