To bend to the energy of nature - of sun, wind and water. To transmit the positive messages of art in architecture that is always capable of adapting to variable environmental conditions. This is the challenge of a project that seeks to transmit - as does the presence of artists with their creative work - the capacity of humans to govern to their own advantage the unpredictable forces of nature.
Simple hydraulic systems will permit the "rafts" to bend to the flooding of the river, moving things and houses.
Art and architecture in search of a possible symbiosis with the environment, like ships that plough the sea without changing it.
